Evil triplets snarkily recap Sweet Valley Twins, High, University, Confidential & Sweet Life
Evil twins, Wing (she/her) and Dove (she/her), trade Point Horror for Sweet Valley. And they have a secret triplet, Raven (he/him), joining them for a dude’s point of view.
We will be recapping Sweet Valley Twins (and all the special editions, including The Unicorn Club) to start with, and if Wing survives that, we may try other Sweet Valley series.
We are on hiatus, but feel free to read through our extensive back catalogue.
Our Podcast music is provided by Stuart Taylor of Legacy Breakfast.
Dove's fanfic can be found at The Sweet Valley Sixers.

When you all back?? X
hey fyi there are graphic novel adaptations now of the Twins series, and as someone who has done some work on them this site has been absolutely so validating and funny, thank you for your work. (and if you ever do some kind of bonus ep on the comics, please be nice to the adaptation staff, you know first hand what we’re dealing with here xD)
Oh believe me, I’m a big fan of the graphic novels. They’ve brought them into the now, and the art is really charming. It hit all my nostalgia and updated Sweet Valley at the same time. I’d love to do a recap or review of them, but I’m waiting for the ebooks to be released in the UK.
The release schedule has been frankly bonkers over here – they released (hard copy) book 4 before books 2 and 3! Raven nearly drove himself to distraction trying to figure out why he couldn’t find the next book in the series as a gift for me! When he finally hunted it down, apparently the only option was hardback. And then the ebooks? Not even sure what’s going on there. They seem to just be sitting on them. Academically, I know there’s probably some sort of copyright/distribution reason it’s been so erratic, but damn, they are not making it easy for UK fans to get the graphic novels in any format!
If you wanted to share your experiences on working on the graphic novels, I’d be delighted to spotlight and hear more about the process, and how this all came about. Maybe like a Q&A like I did with Michael Grant?
